Inclusions and Exclusions

MotoMentor aims to provide a seamless and enriching riding experience. The following are included in your tour package:

• Accommodation: Stay at handpicked accommodations including campsites, heritage stays, eco stays, and farm stays on a dual-sharing or community basis.
• Meals: Breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary. Special meals may be included if specified in the tour package.
• Guidance & Support: Experienced ride leaders and facilitators to guide you throughout the tour.
• Route Planning & Navigation: Pre-planned routes with detailed briefings.
• Permits & Entry Fees: All necessary entry fees and permits required as per the itinerary.
• Basic First Aid: Emergency medical assistance and first-aid support.
• Curation Fee: Costs associated with planning and executing the tour experience.

While we strive to make your journey comfortable, certain aspects are not covered in the package. These include:

• Fuel & Motorcycle Expenses: Riders are responsible for their own fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
• Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as souvenirs, tips, and additional snacks/meals.
• Lunch & Beverages: Unless specified, lunch and beverages (including soft drinks and alcohol) are not included.
• Motorcycle Gear: Helmets, riding jackets, gloves, boots, and other personal riding gear.
• Medical & Travel Insurance: Participants must arrange their own insurance coverage for health, accident, and travel-related emergencies.
• Breakdowns & Recovery Costs: Any expenses incurred due to motorcycle breakdowns, towing, or emergency evacuations.
• Support Vehicle: MotoMentor does not provide a backup or support vehicle during tours.
• Anything Not Mentioned in Inclusions: Whatever is not included in the inclusions should be considered an exclusion.
