1.2. Payment Schedule: Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the tour start date, or the booking may be canceled.

1.3. Tour Costs: The tour cost includes accommodation, curation fee, and food (conditions apply) as specified in the tour details. All other expenses (e.g., fuel, personal gear, additional meals en route, and maintenance) are not included unless explicitly stated.

1.4. Late Payment: Late payments may result in cancellation without a refund or additional fees.

    • There will be no refund if you cancel within 7 days leading up to the tour start date.
    • If you fail to show up for your tour or abandon it midway, no refund will be issued for the full tour or the incomplete part of the tour, respectively.

2.2. Cancellation by MotoMentor

  • Unforeseeable Events: MotoMentor is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events that may necessitate the cancellation of your tour at any time.
